Become the Man Whose Presence Changes the Room.
The Bulletproof Gentleman is a 12-week coaching experience for men ready to become stronger, more intentional, and more present across every part of their lives.
Through the Five Edges—Physical, Mental, Relational, Sexual and Legacy—you'll work alongside a Brotherhood of men who aren't interested in waiting for something to go wrong before they start becoming better.
The Founding Brotherhood begins September 21, 2026.
Enrollment is open now. Join early and you'll receive access to the Brotherhood, orientation and the live coaching schedule before Week 1 begins.

WHAT IF THE SECOND HALF OF YOUR LIFE WAS YOUR STRONGEST?
-
There comes a point when a man realizes he isn't trying to get back to who he was at 25 or 35.
He's building who he's going to be at 50, 60 and beyond.
That's a different challenge.
You may have more responsibility now, but you also have more experience. You know yourself better. You've made enough mistakes to recognize a few patterns. You've built things worth protecting and relationships worth investing in. And you're old enough to understand that time isn't something you get to keep indefinitely.
I don't think the goal of the second half of life is simply to hang on.
I want to be stronger. I want energy for the things I still want to do. I want relationships that continue getting deeper instead of merely getting older. I want a sex life that stays alive. I want to keep learning, building, contributing and doing things that scare me a little.
Most of all, I want the people closest to me to experience the best of me—not spend the next twenty years hearing stories about the man I used to be.
That's the opportunity I see in this stage of life.
You don't have to recreate the man you were. You get to deliberately forge the man you're becoming.
WHAT WE'LL FORGE TOGETHER
The Bulletproof Gentleman isn't built around fixing one isolated part of your life. Over twelve weeks, we'll work across five interconnected Edges because what happens in one inevitably affects the others.
Â
Physical Edge
We'll work on the strength, energy, health and resilience that allow you to fully participate in your life—not simply look better in a mirror.
Â
Sexual Edge
We'll address sexual health, confidence, desire, performance and intimacy directly. No embarrassment, bravado or locker-room bullshit. Your sexuality is part of your health, your relationships and the way you experience yourself as a man.
Â
Relational Edge
We'll look at how you communicate, pursue, connect and show up for the people closest to you—because becoming a stronger man should make more of you available to the people you love, not less.
Mental Edge
We'll strengthen your discipline, standards and self-trust so that when you decide something matters, your actions begin backing up your words.
  Legacy Edge
 Â
We'll get serious about where all of this is going. What do you want the next decade to look like? What are you building? What example are you setting? And what kind of man do you want the people closest to you to remember?
These aren't five separate projects.
They're five expressions of the same man.
And that man is you.
Â
HOW WE FORGE THEM
The twelve weeks aren't a collection of disconnected lessons. Each phase builds on the one before it, moving from an honest assessment of where you are now toward a more deliberate way of living.
Weeks 1–3Awareness
We start by getting honest about where you've drifted and where you're already strong. You'll examine your standards, habits and patterns, identify the places where you've been operating on autopilot, and begin rebuilding momentum through actions you can actually sustain.
Weeks 4–6 | Foundation
Next we strengthen the foundation underneath everything else: your body, health, energy, habits and discipline. This isn't about chasing an ideal physique. It's about building a body and a set of daily practices capable of supporting the life you want to live.
Weeks 7–9 | Relationships
Then we turn toward the people closest to you. We'll work on communication, connection, pursuit, sexual confidence and what it means to bring strength and presence into your relationships without turning leadership into control.
Weeks 10–12 | Presence
The final phase pulls everything together. We'll look at purpose, legacy and the standards you want to carry forward after the twelve weeks are over. The goal isn't to finish a program. It's to leave with a clearer understanding of the man you intend to keep becoming.
Awareness gives you direction. Foundation gives you capacity. Relationships give your growth somewhere to matter. Presence is what emerges when you begin living all of it.
WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY JOINING
The Bulletproof Gentleman isn't twelve weeks of content delivered to your inbox. It's a coached experience designed to give you a framework, a place to apply it, and men to do the work alongside.
12 WEEKS OF GUIDED WORK
Each week you'll receive focused curriculum designed to move you through the four phases of the program. The lessons give us a common framework, but they're meant to lead to action—not more time staring at a screen.
LIVE COACHING WITH JOSH
This is where the program becomes personal. Bring the habit you're struggling with, the conversation you're avoiding, the question about your health, relationship, sexuality or direction that you haven't had a good place to ask. We'll coach what's actually happening in your life, not just what's written in the curriculum.
THE BROTHERHOOD
You'll have a private community of men going through the same twelve weeks with you. A place to share wins, ask questions, get challenged, offer support and stay connected between coaching calls.
PRACTICAL TOOLS FOR THE WORK
You'll have workbooks, challenges, trackers and other resources when they help you put an idea into practice. They're tools, not homework for the sake of keeping you busy.
LIFETIME ACCESS
When the twelve weeks are over, the curriculum and future program updates remain yours. You can return to the material whenever you need to sharpen an Edge again.
The curriculum gives us the framework. The coaching makes it personal. The Brotherhood makes sure you don't have to do it alone.
JOIN THE FOUNDING BROTHERHOODWHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
Â
There are plenty of programs that can help you get stronger, make more money, improve your relationship, become more disciplined or have better sex.
I don't think men need another program pretending one of those things exists independently of everything else.
You can build an impressive body and still feel disconnected from your partner. You can become extraordinarily successful and quietly stop respecting the way you're living. You can read every book on discipline and still break promises to yourself. You can improve your sexual performance without becoming any better at intimacy.
That's why The Bulletproof Gentleman isn't built around optimizing one part of you.
We're going to look at the whole man.
Your health affects your energy. Your energy affects your patience. Your discipline affects your confidence. Your confidence follows you into your relationships. Your relationship affects your sexuality. The way you live all of it eventually becomes the example you leave behind.
The Five Edges aren't separate because neither are you.
The goal isn't to become exceptional in one area while quietly neglecting the others.
It's to become the man every area of your life can depend on.

I'm JOSH CRILL
I've spent nearly thirty years working one-on-one with people and more than 75,000 clinical sessions studying the body, health, performance and what actually helps people change.
That experience is part of what led me here, but it isn't the whole story.
I'm also a man doing this work myself.
I'm 50. I've raised children, built businesses, navigated relationships, succeeded at things, failed at things, started over more than once and had seasons when I've been incredibly disciplined alongside others when I've caught myself drifting.
At this point in my life, I'm less interested in pretending I've figured everything out and much more interested in what I'm still capable of becoming.
I want to stay strong. I want my sexuality to remain alive. I want deep relationships with the people I love. I want to keep doing difficult things. I want my word to mean something. And I want the next twenty or thirty years of my life to matter.
That's part of why I built The Bulletproof Gentleman.
I'm not interested in standing above a group of men and telling them how to live. I'm interested in bringing everything I've learned—from decades of clinical work, health and performance, relationships and intimacy, and my own life—into a room with men who are willing to take an honest look at themselves and keep growing.
I'll coach you. I'll challenge you. I'll share what I know.
And I'll be doing the work too.
Because I don't think becoming a better man is something you finish.
It's something you keep choosing.
If you're ready to make that choice deliberately, I'd be honored to have you in the Brotherhood.
Gentlemen. Forge Forward.
The Founding Brotherhood
This is the first group of men to go through The Bulletproof Gentleman.
That matters to me.
I'm not interested in pretending every detail of this program has already been perfected through fifty previous cohorts. It hasn't. We're going to build some of this together.
You'll have direct access to me throughout the twelve weeks, and I'll be paying close attention to what's working, what needs to be stronger, what conversations we need to have more of, and what these men actually need as we move through the program.
Your experience and feedback will help shape what The Bulletproof Gentleman becomes.
In return, the Founding Brotherhood receives something future groups won't have in quite the same way: the opportunity to help establish the culture, standards and traditions of this Brotherhood from the beginning.
WE BEGIN SEPTEMBER 21
When you enroll, you'll receive early access to the Brotherhood along with orientation information and the live coaching schedule so you can get settled before Week 1 begins.
Week 1 curriculum releases Monday, September 21.
If you discover us during that first week, you're still welcome to join. Enrollment for the Founding Brotherhood will remain open through Sunday, September 27. You'll have access to the Week 1 curriculum and coaching replay so you can catch up before we move into Week 2.
After September 27, this Brotherhood closes and we get to work.

JOIN THE FOUNDING BROTHERHOODWHAT I CAN PROMISE YOU
I can't promise that twelve weeks will change your life simply because you enrolled.
That's your responsibility.
What I can promise is that I'll show up prepared to coach you, challenge you, share what I've learned and create an environment where serious men can do serious work on themselves.
If you show up, participate, engage with the Brotherhood and put what we're working on into practice, I believe you'll finish these twelve weeks with something far more valuable than another completed course.
You'll have evidence that you're capable of living at a higher standard.
And then it becomes your job to keep living it.
ONE LAST THING
If you've made it all the way down here, you probably don't need me to explain The Bulletproof Gentleman again.
You know what it is.
The question is whether this is the right time for you to do something about what you saw when you took the Edge Assessment.
I don't know your answer.
Maybe you're ready. Maybe you're not. There are seasons when taking on something new makes sense and seasons when it doesn't.
But I do know how easy it is to keep postponing things that matter because nothing is bad enough yet to force us to change.
That's the trap.
I don't want to wait for my health to fail before I appreciate being strong. I don't want distance in my relationships before I become more intentional with the people I love. I don't want to lose my sexual vitality before deciding it matters. And I don't want to reach the end of another decade wondering why I kept putting off the things I already knew were important.
I suspect I'm not the only man who feels that way.
That's why I'm doing this now.
If you're ready too, come join us.
We'll spend twelve weeks doing the work together, and we'll see what we're capable of becoming.
I'd be honored to have you in the Founding Brotherhood.
