I'm Josh, and along with my wife Jacki, we've spent decades helping people reconnect with what matters most: their bodies, their relationships, and their deepest sense of purpose.  Here's what I've learned after working with thousands of clients since 1997: Most of us are living disconnected from our own bodies, struggling in our relationships, and wondering how to feel truly alive again.
